LiveAuctioneers, part of Auction Technology Group, seeks a Category Growth Manager for Fine & Decorative Arts to elevate our catalog and grow demand. You will identify gaps, bring in high-quality sellers, and analyze pricing to position the category competitively.

You will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to boost visibility and sales, while guiding cross-functional efforts from strategy to execution within a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Background in fine or decorative arts with knowledge of artists and trends.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze numbers and grow a category.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic category growth by translating buyer demand into supply opportunities.
• Identify white space in assortment and source artists, galleries, and sellers.
• Partner with sellers to expand inventory and optimize assortments.
• Conduct pricing analysis to ensure category is competitive and aligned with strategy.
• Lead calendar planning for seasonal trends and promotional windows.
• Develop marketing initiatives with Marketing, Merchandising and Creative teams.
• Use website metrics to understand bidder behavior and improve discovery and conversion.
• Act as a cross-functional leader aligning teams around category vision.
