Freeman's Auction House is seeking a Sale Manager, Specialist to coordinate auction cycles from consignment to post-sale analysis. You will collaborate with SVP, Senior Director, and Specialists to ensure accurate cataloging, estimates, and client outreach.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships with private collectors and institutions, driving consignments, and achieving annual sales goals through strategic oversight and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of direct hands-on experience in auctions or gallery settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall sale calendar and workflow, ensuring deadlines and cataloging deliverables are met.
• Provide auction estimates and discern value to determine sale strategy for each item.
• Coordinate with Specialists and Department Coordinators to support catalogue production and accuracy.
• Maintain sale records, client information, and reporting throughout the auction cycle.
• Develop new client opportunities and nurture long-term relationships with private collectors and institutions.
• Support client previews, bidding activity, and post-sale analysis to optimize results.
