Hadley Designs is seeking a Category Growth Manager to own a multi-million dollar product category with Amazon as the primary growth channel. This high-impact role suits a results-driven e-commerce operator who thrives on ownership, accountability, and data-backed decisions.

You will scale revenue and profitability across Amazon Seller Central, optimize product positioning, pricing, and promotions, and partner with Product, Supply Chain, and Design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning product or category growth in e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Proven ability to scale revenue and profitability in a growth role.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end category performance including revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory.
• Continuously optimize product positioning, content, pricing, and promotions.
• Identify and validate new product opportunities for expansion.
• Lifecycle management of existing products to ensure relevance and profitability.
• Coordinate inventory and demand planning to support growth and manage risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design.
