Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning product or category growth in e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Proven ability to scale revenue and profitability, either as a brand owner or within a growth team.
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort making decisions from performance data.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or the ability to quickly master platform-specific tools.
• Collaborative, accountable, and driven by continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end category performance including revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory.
• Optimize product positioning, content, pricing, and promotional strategy.
• Identify and validate new product and expansion opportunities.
• Lifecycle management of existing products to ensure relevance and profitability.
• Plan inventory and demand to support growth while managing cost and risk.
