Qualifications

• 5+ years claims handling experience (Casualty/Property) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to inspire.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-6 remote non-injury liability claim representatives to deliver high-quality resolutions.
• Coach and develop team performance using KPI-based feedback.
• Provide technical guidance on coverage, liability investigations, reserving, and file handling.
