Responsibilities

• Investigate assigned casualty claims by collecting statements and evidence.

• Negotiate settlements within authority and procedures.
• Communicate claim status to insureds and agents.
• Maintain documentation in company systems and adhere to standards.
• Participate in training to enhance claims skills.
• Travel as needed for onsite investigations or meetings.
• Maintain punctual attendance at a company-approved location.
