After initial in-person training, there is potential for work-from-home flexibility based on responsibilities. Domestic travel may be required for onsite investigations and meetings within the coverage area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• At least 1 year of related insurance or claims experience.
• Basic understanding of casualty policy language.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate assigned casualty claims by collecting statements, physical evidence, and legal documentation.
• Analyze and interpret policy coverage and determine liability and damages.
• Negotiate claims settlements in accordance with company procedures and within authority limits.
• Communicate claim status to insureds and agents.
• Maintain accurate documentation in company systems and adhere to regulatory and internal standards.
• Travel as needed for onsite investigations or meetings.
