Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Casualty Evaluator to handle both first and third-party auto liability claims with exposure under $50,000. This role supports a remote, work-from-home setup across the United States, with occasional in-person requirements for training or meetings.

You will manage inquiries by phone, email, and written communication, make coverage determinations, and conduct investigations of varying complexity. A strong customer-service orientation and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or a combination of education and 2+ directly relevant work experience.
• 2 years of related professional experience
• 2 years of claims experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assigned as owning adjuster when injury exposure is identified.
• Handles mostly simple to moderate 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases involving injury with unrepresented and attorney-represented claimants.
• May handle 1st party Medical payment and PIP.
• May assist in catastrophes related activities including handling simple homeowner losses.
• Responsible for handling, managing, investigating, negotiating, settling and/or resolving injury claims with exposure valued less than $50,000.
