Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle mostly simple to moderate 1st and 3rd party auto liability claims involving injury with unrepresented and attorney-represented claimants.
• Investigate, negotiate and settle claims within authority up to $50,000.
• Manage communications in writing, by telephone, and by email.
• Assist in catastrophes and handle some 1st party Medical Payment and PIP where needed.
