Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years related work experience.
• 2 years of related professional experience.
• 2 years of claims experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle mostly simple to moderate 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases involving injury with unrepresented and attorney-represented claimants.
• May handle 1st party Medical payment and PIP.
• Investigate, negotiate, settle and/or resolve injury claims with exposure valued under $50,000.
• Work in a virtual environment or office as needed; communicate in writing, by telephone and by email.
• Triage and manage claim assignments; provide coverage determinations when needed.
• Travel on rare occasions; participate in settlements and potential arbitrations as required.
