Job summary

TALENT SHIFT, LLC is seeking a Cash Forecasting & Treasury Systems Manager for a project-based engagement. This fully remote role will drive rollout of the 13-week forecasting solution across business units and train stakeholders on processes and reporting.

You will partner with treasury, finance, and operations to improve forecast accuracy, support governance and data quality, and apply HighRadius expertise to shape future treasury processes. This role requires US residency and authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of cash management and treasury experience.
• Must reside in the continental US.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout and adoption of the 13-week cash forecasting solution across business units.
• Train stakeholders on forecasting processes, reporting requirements, and best practices.
• Support governance, compliance, and data quality initiatives related to cash forecasting.
• Partner with treasury, finance, and operational teams to improve forecast accuracy and consistency.
• Provide HighRadius expertise to define and optimize future-state treasury processes.
• Drive change management and advise during implementation and adoption.
