Job summary

TALENT SHIFT, LLC is seeking a Cash Forecasting & Treasury Systems Manager for a fully remote project role in the United States. You will lead the rollout of a 13-week cash forecasting solution and train stakeholders on forecasting processes and reporting requirements.

You will partner with treasury and finance teams to improve forecast accuracy, support governance and data quality, and leverage HighRadius to shape future treasury processes. This is a remote, project-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cash management and treasury experience.
• Experience rolling out forecasting solutions across multiple business units.
• Ability to train stakeholders on forecasting processes and reporting requirements.
• Strong governance and data quality mindset in cash forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout and adoption of the 13-week cash forecasting solution across business units.
• Train stakeholders on forecasting processes, reporting requirements, and best practices.
• Support governance, compliance, and data quality initiatives related to cash forecasting.
• Partner with treasury, finance, and operational teams to improve forecast accuracy and consistency.
• Provide HighRadius expertise to help define and optimize future-state treasury processes.
• Drive change management efforts and serve as a trusted advisor throughout implementation and adoption.
