Job summary

Talent Shift, LLC is seeking a Cash Forecasting & Treasury Systems Manager on a project basis. The role is fully remote within the United States and involves leading the rollout of a 13-week cash forecasting solution across business units.

You will train stakeholders, support governance and data quality, and partner with treasury, finance, and operations to improve forecast accuracy. Expertise in HighRadius and change management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of cash management/treasury experience.
• Must reside in the continental U.S. and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout and adoption of the 13-week cash forecasting solution across business units.
• Train stakeholders on forecasting processes, reporting requirements, and best practices.
• Support governance, compliance, and data quality initiatives related to cash forecasting.
• Partner with treasury, finance, and operational teams to improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide HighRadius expertise to help define and optimize future-state treasury processes.
• Drive change management and serve as a trusted advisor during implementation and adoption.
