You will create Excel spreadsheets for uploads into proprietary software and MS Dynamics, resolve discrepancies, and support the AR team to maintain precise records.

Qualifications

• Accurate 10 key by touch.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile customer payments to SanMar accounts.
• Create Excel spreadsheets for upload into software and MS Dynamics.
• Reconcile discrepancies in payment postings.
• Process ACH payments and refunds through the bank website.
• Provide regular updates to management on productivity.
• Collaborate with AR team to ensure accurate records.
• Support other department functions as needed.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
