Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking a Cash Application Representative to accurately post and reconcile customer payments, applying checks, ACH, wires, and EFT to customer accounts. You will prepare payment details in Excel and ensure accuracy while maintaining confidentiality and meeting daily deadlines.

You will collaborate with the AR team, provide updates on productivity, and support the department with efficient payment posting and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong accuracy and data-entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile customer payments, applying checks, ACH, wires, and EFT to customer accounts.
• Prepare payment details and Excel spreadsheets for upload into software or MS Dynamics.
• Reconcile discrepancies in payment postings and ensure accuracy of postings.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide regular updates to management on productivity and projects.
