Centric Brands seeks a Senior Cash Applications Specialist to accurately apply customer payments in a fast-paced AR environment. You will analyze remittances, identify variances, and collaborate across departments to ensure correct posting and balances.

The role reports to the Cash Applications Manager and requires experience in cash applications, high-volume processing, and ERP/AR systems, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Cash Applications or AR is required.
• Experience in a high-volume transaction environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/AR systems.

Responsabilités

• Process and apply high volumes of customer payments (ACH, wire, check).
• Review remittance information and correctly apply payments to invoices.
• Research unidentified or unapplied cash and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate supporting documentation and audit trails.
