Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of address research, verification, and case coordination.
• Set work queue priorities and balance workload across analysts.
• Review and approve determinations, escalations, and rework.
• Coordinate case movement through research, field assignment, and reporting stages.
• Direct routing to field teams based on geography, urgency, and capacity.
• Monitor milestones and timeliness; drive corrective action when at risk.
