Job summary

Jobgether seeks an Intake and Case Initiation Supervisor based in the United States. This fully remote leadership role oversees intake, data quality, and case initiation operations within a federally funded legal services network, guiding coordinators and ensuring efficient handoffs from referral to initiation.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, plus 1+ year of supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of supervising or coordinating employees or teams.
• Experience in intake, referral, case coordination, provider coordination, or workflow implementation.
• Experience developing or improving procedures, trackers, or training materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day intake and case initiation operations, including work assignments and case tracking.
• Directly supervise Intake and Case Initiation Coordinators with coaching and performance support.
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs, desk guides, templates, and quality-control processes.
• Coordinate with legal service providers, data/tech teams, and project leadership to ensure consistent case movement.
• Monitor case volumes, aging, documentation completeness, and staffing capacity; provide operational updates to leadership.
• Review work for accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness; coach on corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as first-line escalation for complex intake questions and data gaps.
• Support provider vetting and onboarding by tracking documentation and training status.
• Partner with data/technology teams to maintain interim tracking tools and transition to longer-term solutions.
• Facilitate cross-team meetings to improve communication and resolve barriers; promote equity and confidentiality.
