Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Clinical Recruiter (REMOTE) to lead hiring for the Case Management division. You will own full-cycle recruiting for nurse case managers and other clinical pros, from posting to onboarding, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience hiring RNs or licensed clinical staff, with strong sourcing, interview, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting for RNs, case managers, or other licensed clinical professionals
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche clinical job boards
• Knowledge of nursing licensure and common case management certifications (e.g., CCM, CRRN) is a bonus

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for case management roles: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers
• Proactively source RNs and case managers using multiple channels
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to maintain a smooth process
• Maintain high candidate engagement with regular communication
• Track recruitment metrics and keep candidate records in ATS
• Partner with Case Management leaders and HR to understand hiring needs
