Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking Associate Case Manager roles to support a healthcare technology and pharmacy benefits organization in Puerto Rico. This remote/hybrid position offers $21 per hour and requires on-site days in Puerto Rico as needed.

Responsibilities include MTM/DM program delivery by phone, discussing chronic conditions, and guiding beneficiaries on medication management. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, with on-call hours possible.

Qualifications

• MTM and DM knowledge across medication therapies.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform MTM and DM programs via direct telephone contact with beneficiaries.
• Discuss chronic conditions and medications to assess health impacts with beneficiaries.
• Provide information on managing conditions and alternative therapies.
• Document medical history, medications, and lifestyle data.
