Qualifications

• Professional-level Spanish proficiency (verbal and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients and families to build long-term relationships and provide education and support for initiating or continuing therapy.
• Assist in obtaining insurance approvals and plan for ongoing coverage maintenance with stakeholders.
• Enroll eligible patients in financial assistance or gap coverage programs.
• Educate patients, families, and providers on available patient support services and insurance options.
