HireHawk Inc. is seeking a dedicated Case Management Assistant for a Los Angeles–based personal injury firm.

This remote, full-time contractor role supports a senior case manager with scheduling, follow-ups and file work to keep cases moving. You will coordinate medical appointments, request records and bills, manage calendars in the firm’s case management system, and communicate with clients, providers and insurers while safeguarding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years supporting case managers at a US personal injury law firm.
• Hands-on experience scheduling medical appointments and requesting medical records and bills.
• Strong written and spoken English; organized and detail-oriented; reliable follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Schedule client medical appointments and keep treatment calendars up to date.
• Request medical records and bills, and follow up with providers until they arrive.
• Keep case files organized and current in the firm's case management software.
• Track deadlines and outstanding items, and flag anything at risk to the case manager.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers and insurance representatives to collect missing information.
• Prepare correspondence, forms and simple status updates.
• Protect client confidentiality at all times.
