Job summary

Uber Freight seeks an After Hours Carrier Sales Representative II to build and maintain carrier relationships in a fast-paced sales environment. You will generate core and dedicated carriers, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time pickup and delivery with safe, reliable carriers.

The role is remote with a Wednesday-Sunday schedule (1:30pm–10:00pm) after training week in the office (Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm). A monthly bonus is available in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Related experience in transportation and/or logistics preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales or cold-calling experience.
• Track and trace or related experience preferred.
• Able to work Wednesday-Sunday 1:30pm-10:00pm from home.
• Willingness to train first week in office 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships, negotiate, and develop carriers regularly via phone and email.
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery with safe, reliable carriers.
• Meet or exceed team and individual performance goals.
• Develop knowledge of carrier supply, demand, and market factors.
• Manage carrier profiles and advocate for carriers across processes.
• Learn internal freight lanes and match carriers to lanes.
• Secure capacity, monitor shipment status, and handle schedule changes.
• Oversee rates and AR within guidelines.
