FreedomCare LLC is seeking a Team Lead for our Care team in Indiana. This is a remote role with occasional travel to Indiana, overseeing a team of Care Coordinators and Team Support Specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will mentor staff, manage performance, and ensure compliance while driving service levels and customer satisfaction. Strong bilingual communication is desired (English/Spanish).

Qualifications

• Experience managing/supervisory employees.
• Excellent experience mentoring and developing staff.
• Experience with performance management.
• 3+ years customer service experience and ability to handle inquiries and complaints.
• Experience with data input and building rapport with team.
• Ability to motivate team to meet targets.
• Proficient with computers and using technology to solve issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and poise with customers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct point-of-contact for team inquiries; resolve escalated issues.
• Manage performance through motivation, communication, and feedback.
• Monitor daily workflows to ensure goals and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
• Assist management with interviews and new hire training.
