FreedomCare in Missouri is seeking a Team Lead for our Care team. The role blends on-site and remote work with one day in our St. Charles office and four days remote, Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM Central Time.

You will supervise a team of Care Specialists and translate operational priorities into daily execution. You will coach, monitor performance, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive service quality while maintaining patient-first care.

Competenze

• Experience leading a team in a healthcare or home care setting.
• Ability to coach, develop, and manage specialists.
• Strong communication, organizational, and data-analysis skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy standards a plus.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise a team of Specialists, executing daily priorities, coaching, attendance management, performance reviews.
• Serve as primary point of contact for questions and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor attendance, schedule adherence, and coverage to meet service-level goals.
• Drive KPIs such as quality scores, productivity, and patient/caregiver satisfaction.
• Provide data-driven coaching and follow-up to improve performance and service quality.
