Float Health Inc. is a fully remote US-based role for a Recurring Care Specialist who coordinates nursing visits and partners with pharmacies, nurses, and patients to ensure timely, quality care.

You will manage high volumes of scheduling tasks with accuracy, respond to tickets and calls, and work cross-functionally to identify process improvements that improve efficiency and scalability across the care lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency navigating multiple platforms and tools.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Healthcare experience or familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using proprietary tech and third-party platforms.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift with timely resolutions.
• Handle up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with empathy.
• Communicate scheduling details via phone, email, and text.
• Ensure documentation is uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to track data and share insights.
• Identify process improvements to boost team efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with pharmacies and nursing partners.
