Float Health is seeking a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing care, interface with pharmacies, nurses, and patients, and ensure timely scheduling across platforms.

The role requires handling high volumes of communications—about 40 Zendesk tickets, up to 30 calls, and scheduling 10–30 visits per shift—while maintaining care quality. It offers a fully remote US-based position with competitive compensation.

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health's technology and third-party platforms.
• Respond to and manage ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift, ensuring timely resolution.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care and scheduling details.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights.
• Proactively brainstorm process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
