Job summary

Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist for a fully remote US-based position. You will coordinate nursing care, interface with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, and manage scheduling and communications across the patient life cycle.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and proactive process improvements, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling or similar
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and empathy with patients and partners
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote role
• Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health's platform and third-party tools
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift and resolve promptly
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy
• Communicate via phone, email, and text to coordinate care
• Ensure documentation is collected and uploaded for visits
• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share data and feedback
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability
• Build strong relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners
