Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Care Management Support Assistant 3 to join our care management operations. This role provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs, guiding families toward appropriate resources to enhance wellness.

You will handle advanced administrative tasks, manage inbound/outbound calls, support job aids and CMSA processes, and exercise independent judgment within defined policies to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• 1–3 years of technical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Administration support experience in a healthcare industry with familiarity with care and well-being resources.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members’ needs.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with members, their families, and providers.
• Develop Job Aids and training on CMSA processes.
• Perform computations, including data entry, in adherence to established metrics.
• Follow policies and procedures with some discretion and interpretation.
