Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical support to assessment and evaluation of members' needs and guide families toward appropriate care resources.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with members, families, and providers; perform data entry.
• Develop job aids and training on CMSA processes.
• Prioritize requests and interpret/ adapt procedures within defined parameters.
