Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• 1–3 years of technical experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Healthcare administration experience with familiarity with care resources.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical support to assessment of members' needs and resources.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with members, families, and providers.
• Develop job aids and training on CMSA processes.
• Follow policies while prioritizing and organizing tasks.
