Qualifications

• Must reside in Louisiana.
• At least 3 years of technical experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Administration support experience in a healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with care and well-being resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of care management.
• Provide non-clinical support to assessment and evaluation of members' needs.
• Guide members/families toward resources appropriate for care and wellbeing.
• Perform computations and handle semi-routine tasks.
