Job summary

Valeris is looking for a Case Manager to join their team in Jeffersonville, Indiana. In this role, you will help patients navigate their medication access process, ensuring compassionate and efficient case management. You'll build relationships with patients and client stakeholders, and communicate coverage options clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience required.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work an 8.5-hour shift between 8 am to 11 pm, Monday to Friday required.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds trusted relationships with patients, prescribers, and clients through proactive communication.
• Performs program welcome calls and post Benefits Investigation calls.
• Manages inbound calls according to program-approved FAQs.
• Provides personalized case management to patients and HCPs.
