Job summary

The US Oncology Network's Texas Oncology is hiring a Contact Center Care Coordinator to support the CNST Region. This full-time role is remote but you must reside in Texas, with occasional onsite training and meetings.

You will deliver outstanding patient service, coordinate healthcare services between patients, families, and providers, schedule appointments, and guide patients through care processes. The position follows a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One year of experience in customer service, call center or healthcare-related role
• Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Coordinate scheduling and care coordination between patients, families, providers, and healthcare facilities
• Provide accurate information about services and procedures to patients
• Document interactions and update patient records in the system
• Follow up with patients to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
• Meet or exceed service level metrics for quality and productivity
