Job summary

Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing visits for patients in a remote US role. You’ll interface with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, handling scheduling and communications across multiple platforms to ensure timely, accurate care delivery.

You’ll respond to hundreds of inquiries, manage schedules, and contribute to process improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team within a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and learning new tools.
• Mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use Float Health's technology and platforms to schedule nursing visits.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift and manage up to 30 calls.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with empathy.
• Coordinate care via phone, email, and text and ensure documentation is uploaded.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and feedback.
• Identify process improvements to boost team efficiency and scalability.
• Cultivate relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
