Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing visits, manage scheduling, and ensure high-quality patient care from a remote location in the US. You will handle tickets, calls, and patient visits while collaborating with pharmacists, nurses, and operations to optimize workflows.

• 1+ year experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management to handle priorities.

• Tech-savvy across multiple platforms and eager to learn new tools.

• Experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use Float Health's technology to schedule nursing visits for patients.
• Respond to ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift and resolve them timely.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure documentation is collected and uploaded for scheduled visits.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights.
• Proactively suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
