Job summary

Float Health is hiring a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing visits and manage scheduling for patients across multiple states. The role emphasizes strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional customer service in a remote setting.

You will interact with pharmacies, nurses, and patients, handling scheduling, communications, and documentation to ensure timely, accurate care delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.

• Prior healthcare experience or familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing visits using Float Health's tech and third-party platforms.
• Manage ~40 Zendesk tickets per shift and resolve them promptly.
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and uploaded.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights.
• Suggest process improvements to boost team efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain effective relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
