Qualifications

• Experience resolving escalated customer service issues
• Familiarity with Google Suite products and basic formulas
• Phone and fax system experience
• EMR experience with Athena and Epic preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer inbound calls; escalate when needed
• Coordinate care by collecting documentation from patients and providers
• Document patient interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up
