Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and support members nationwide from a fully remote location. You will handle high-volume calls, provide compassionate support, and dispatch appropriate responses while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work 3rd shift including a weekend day. Training and compliance testing are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred, especially in healthcare or contact centers.
• Strong communication and empathy are essential for handling high-stress calls.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor medical alerts and alarms, ensuring timely and accurate dispatches.
• Record call details and messages in real-time in the database.
• Verify and update customer information for accuracy, maintaining confidentiality.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
