Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM usage.
• Bilingual English/Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
• Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to clients.
