Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for long‑term care residents, responsible parties, and facilities.
• Verify billing details, insurance coverage, and payer information.
• Document customer account activities in servicing platforms.
• Resolve account inquiries and reconcile balances.
• Process customer payments accurately and ensure proper posting.
