Lucet is hiring for a remote care coordination role in the United States. You will support administrative tasks, assist members and providers with benefits and referrals, and help coordinate care across clinical teams.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, data accuracy, and empathetic communication. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Social Work/ Psychology or related field with 1+ year healthcare experience, or a HS diploma with 3+ years in healthcare/customer service.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related healthcare field is required.
• High school diploma with 3+ years in healthcare, managed care, behavioral health or customer service is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Administration and operational support across multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as frontline resource answering benefit, authorization and referral questions.
• Coordinate care by triaging cases and sharing key data to support care decisions.
