Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required from a 4-year college or university.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
Proven track record of high performance in selling to large accounts.
Must reside within the territory or commuting distance, with ability to travel 60-80% and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts to ensure customer needs are met with tailored solutions.
Build a strategic territory plan aligning priorities to drive product demand and patient outcomes.
Partner with territory teammates and home-office to deliver access support.
Use market insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
Lead customer engagements virtually or in person using omni-channel strategies.
Deliver real-time access support with PSS for seamless customer experience.
Plan sessions with stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
