Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed teams including 2+ years in specialty buy‑and‑bill.
• 2+ years’ experience managing complex accounts, including major academic centers and hospitals.
• Extensive understanding of the cardiovascular community and demonstrated expertise in the therapeutic area and product knowledge.
• Residence within territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; ability to travel 60-80%; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build institutional advocacy around formulary adoption to drive product utilization.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans for identified Priority Accounts and Affiliated Healthcare Systems.
• Engage administrative decision makers and clinical, operational, and financial partners to optimize pathways and care transitions.
• Understand inpatient vs. outpatient reimbursement and market economics to support strategic account plans.
• Collaborate with local partners to create targeted institutional‑specific business plans.
