Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager in New York City to lead strategic engagement with hospital systems and payers. You will develop account plans, build executive relationships, and drive utilization of Amgen CV products across inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating with field teams and MSLs to align access strategies.

We seek 3+ years in healthcare sales or account management, with strong communication and analytical skills, a track record of strategic account

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management and/or public payor experience preferred.
• Advanced degree (e.g. MPH, MBA, PharmD) 7+ years of healthcare sales or related experience preferred.
• Understanding of cardiology, dyslipidemia, and hospital access processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts with compliant, innovative strategies.
• Ensure institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory care settings.
• Lead account plans aligned to CV business unit strategy and needs.
• Collaborate with field teams and MSLs to align access and portfolio performance.
• Develop relationships with hospital decision-makers and payors to drive product utilization.
