Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to lead strategic engagement with major health systems in the cardiovascular space. You will build strong relationships with clinical, finance, and pharmacy leaders to drive portfolio utilization in inpatient and ambulatory settings.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop account plans, and align activities with cardiovascular business unit priorities.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 2+ years sales or account management experience.
• Master’s with 4+ years in sales and/or account management.
• Bachelor’s with 6+ years in sales and/or account management.
• 3+ years account management and/or public payor experience preferred.
• Cardiology, dyslipidemia, or related healthcare sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts and lead with compliant, innovative strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to CVBU strategy.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure access and portfolio utilization.
• Build relationships with hospital decision-makers and payors to drive product adoption.
