Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to manage strategic relationships with key hospital accounts in New York City. You will plan and execute account strategies, ensure product availability across inpatient and ambulatory settings, and collaborate with field and matrix teams to optimize CV product performance.

You will build relationships with Cardiovascular, Lipidology, Heart Failure, and related clinical and finance leaders, negotiate access, and coordinate with reimbursement

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications include Doctorate degree and 2 years of sales/account management, or Master’s degree and 4 years, or Bachelor’s degree and 6 years.
• Preferred Qualifications include 3+ years of account management/public payor experience and advanced healthcare sales knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts and develop tailored approaches.
• Ensure institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory care settings.
• Lead account plans aligned to CV business unit strategy and market dynamics.
• Build professional relationships with hospital decision-makers across cardiology and related areas.
• Coordinate with matrix teams to promote Amgen CV products compliantly.
• Drive pull-through initiatives and monitor account performance.
