Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Specialty Sales Representative to drive the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3). The role emphasizes prescriber activation, clinical education, and sustained utilization within complex healthcare environments.

Ideal candidates have a strong pharma sales background, data-driven territory planning, and the ability to engage cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas preferred.
• Experience working with IDNs or complex healthcare systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to providers.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Navigate health systems and coordinate with Key Account Managers to drive utilization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to align execution.
