Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals seeks experienced, high-performing Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization and contribute to the launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3) for rare cardiovascular conditions.

The role focuses on prescriber activation, therapy adoption, and sustained utilization within complex healthcare environments, with cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapies.
• Experience navigating IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant and clinically accurate product education within approved labeling.
• Articulate complex clinical data to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive cardiometabolic landscape.
• Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements to drive awareness and adoption.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Navigate health systems and coordinate with IDNs in partnership with Key Account Managers.
• Identify access barriers and collaborate with Market Access and patient services to support pull-through.
• Maintain high-quality engagement and service across accounts to drive durable utilization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Patient Services to align execution with enterprise strategy.
