Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization.

You will drive launch activities for our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3), and engage cardiology, lipid, endocrinology, and PCP audiences. Expect to lead data-driven territory plans, deliver clinically accurate education, and navigate IDNs to accelerate therapy adoption while ensuring compliant field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience working within IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to prescribers.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies and execute speaker programs to drive adoption.
• Manage accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain utilization.
• Travel up to 30% for regional and national meetings; engage diverse stakeholders.
